WAY FORWARD CONSULTANCY

For all the services and courses, no refund is possible at any situation.  

For online counselling, please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/High Speed Mobile Data connection. If there is any problem from the client’s internet connection, no refund will be provided. If there is any internet connection problem from the counsellor’s side, he will give you a slot in your convenient time sooner. The payment you would do is for only 1 counselling session. If that session ends before 45 minutes, you cannot ask for refund for the non utilized minutes for the reason that the 45 minutes slot is booked exclusively for you. You should be on time and report to the counsellor within 20 minutes from the time of appointment. If it does not happen, it will be taken as no show and your session will be cancelled. No refund will be provided. You should stick to the timing. The session cannot be rescheduled. 

For online live courses/workshops via Google Meet , please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/High Speed Mobile Data with required daily usage data. If there is any problem from the participant’s internet connection/app/phone/laptop/PC/microphone, no refund will be provided. For safety, please have more than one source of internet. 

For Certification, if you enroll in a course for which you are not eligible and/or seats are not available or the classes are already started for the batch you enrolled, No Refund is possible. So please check for availability of seats and eligibility before you pay. If you miss a session(s) or class(es) of a workshop/course/training/internship, it cannot be compensated later by coming in some other timing. No refund can be requested for the missed sessions. Please use your discretion before you enroll in a course/internship/training/workshop whether you can attend all the sessions or at least 70% of classes as 70% is the minimum required attendance.

For all the online courses/webinars/workshops, only the registered candidate         should attend the classes. If someone else along with the registered candidate attending the class is found, the candidate’s registration will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be given.

Facilitator has the right to cancel the candidate’s registration at any point in time if he is not comfortable with the candidate. In that case, 100% of the money paid will be refunded. We believe facilitators have the right to choose his/her participants just like participants have the right to choose the facilitator.
