Career Guidance and Assessments

A Comprehensive Approach

One of the pressing questions for parents and guardians is: What career should my ward look into? Should a person be matched to a career? Or should a career be matched with a person? Seems a bit confusing…isn’t it?
Well to begin with the field of career is ever evolving with changing times and trends and presents vast opportunities for the students to look into. Even withing the field of sciences, there are hosts of careers that students can choose from. The field of work is vastly different from what it was two or three decades ago. From the field of sciences, all the way to the field of acting; choreography and singing students can opt for their dream career. The company uses a tool that is well researched with millions of students within the Indian subcontinent and holds a strong validity for the students to look into their dream careers as well and enabling them to know their talents.
So, a person is matched according to his talents and dreams to a career and to offer career alternatives too. The parents would have time to sit together with their ward to look into each career and choose which is the best, then together prepare accordingly.
Ideally, the workshop is done for over 4 hours online which includes an assessment. The report of the assessment is then developed as a career report (which usually takes two weeks). A second session for an hour is held to explain the report to the ward and to the parents.
The company also holds workshops for schools, Colleges, and Institutions.
